Overall Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and conduct implementations of StratusLIVE for Fundraisers, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based product for nonprofits engaged in fundraising, advancement, development, and relationship management
- Communicate with customer sponsor and key stakeholders about project status, phases, requirements, schedules and deliverables. Maintain project schedules by employing good planning, communication and timely delivery of software components, training, configuration and data conversion.
- Clarify, interpret and articulate business rules for configuration or possible local customization
- Prepare and implement custom forms, workflows, reports, views, system jobs, dashboards and other platform capabilities
- Ensure a consistent approach to developing requirements across the integration points
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to plan and conduct implementations of StratusLIVE for Fundraisers, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based solution for nonprofits engaged in fundraising, advancement, development, and relationship management.
- Ability to configure and use all primary Microsoft CRM platform tools such as Advanced Find and Filtered Views, Charts and Visualizations, Dashboards, Form Designer, Data Migration Manager, Duplicate Detection Rules, Process Dialogs and Custom Workflows, Customizations, Report Writer and SQL Reporting Services.
- Ability to analyze and implement business rules within the CRM toolset in workflows, screens or forms, and related process or functional components.
- Ability to plan and utilize the Agile Development Methodology with particular focus on requirements gathering, user stories, solution fit and gap analysis, solution design and testing.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and utilize the StratusLIVE toolset for data conversion or migration from customer’s legacy application to StratusLIVE. An intermediate understanding of data models, data transformation, conversion scripts and related tools such as the CRM Data Migration and Import Mapping facility.
- Ability to coordinate requirements, customer feedback, gaps and product-related enhancements or features identified in the field with product team.
- Skill in producing technical documentation and related help guides for users and operators
- Project Management capability for small to medium size engagements
Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft CRM or ERP packages a plus
- Experience with relevant Microsoft technologies a plus – Microsoft Office, Windows Vista or 7, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Sharepoint Portal Server, JavaScript, ASP.NET and .NET architecture / services
