Responsibilities:

• Act as the StratusLIVE data model / data conversion SME during implementation services in order to provide the customer’s source system SME with appropriate guidance, consulting, and education on mapping and transformation.  
• Coordinate the data conversion activities, run conversion jobs, manage the loads and subsequent data QA processes using a customized data conversion utility developed specifically for the StratusLIVE / Microsoft CRM-based database, SSIS or other SQL Server-based utilities and languages.
• Provide ancillary data-centric transformations, in-place migrations, upgrades, and related data integration services common for a software product moving through its lifecycle.
• On occasion, act as the source system SME and data extract programmer in the absence of a customer resource.  Write scripts and utilities to extract source system data into data conversion staging tables.
• Conduct performance tuning and other data management services for StratusLIVE’s installed customer base.
• Contribute design guidance and suggestions to the product group with respect to data management and other data-centric services.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in database administration, programming or conversion using Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008.
• 2+ years of experience building and supporting SSIS packages for data migrations, ETL processes, etc.
• Must be well versed in SQL, data analysis, data cleansing, and data enrichment services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work alongside technical and business specialists.
• Experience with Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, or Analytics a plus.
• Experience with SQL Reporting Services a plus.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising applications or accounting / financial transaction systems a plus.
