Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of our Microsoft CRM-based product for nonprofits
• Utilize XP engineering practices on a small, agile team over the course of development
• Deliver iterative releases of working software that meets our customers’ needs
• Produce SOLID, testable, and highly maintainable code that can survive changing business needs.
• Conduct and participate in peer software reviews and pair programming

Required Skills:

• Three years of Microsoft CRM-centric development experience
• Three years C# or related programming experience
• Two years of ASP.Net, specifically with the MVC framework
• Strong object-oriented programming skills
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript or Silverlight
• TDD (Test Driven Development) Practitioner
• N-tier design and programming
• Full software development lifecycle experience
